Calm families, safe kids
Koinario's kids area runs your children's ministry: it checks in every child, gives the family a pickup code and keeps track of each room's capacity.
Check kids in within seconds, give each family its pickup code and keep every room within capacity and properly staffed.
Check-in with pickup code
When a child is checked in, the family gets a security code that is asked for at pickup. Only the trusted adults the family authorises can collect them.
- A security code for each child
- Trusted adults
- Name tags as PDF
Kiosk at the entrance
A tablet at the door is all you need: the family shows its QR card or searches its name, and the kiosk suggests a room by age. New families sign up right there.

- Quick sign-up for new families
Age-based rooms and capacity
Set up each room with its age range, capacity and how many children one adult can look after. The kiosk stops offering a room once it's full.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us
-
How does the pickup code work?
At check-in, each child gets a security code that is also given to the family, and that code is requested at pickup. Only the trusted adults the family has authorised can collect the child, and the printable name label helps the team identify every child in the room at a glance.
-
What do I need for the kiosk?
A tablet or computer with a browser at the entrance is enough. The kiosk opens from the event’s own link, and each family checks in by showing its QR card or searching for its name. New families can register right there, without installing anything on the device at the door.
-
Does the kiosk assign the room?
The kiosk suggests a room based on the child’s age or school year, and stops offering rooms that have reached capacity. Each room sets its age range, its capacity and how many children one adult can look after, and the desk sees in real time who is inside and who has left.
-
Which reports does the kids area offer?
The children’s area offers attendance headcounts by room and session, each room’s report event by event and the trend for each area over time. Headcounts are taken on the spot from a phone, and leaders can look up the reports whenever they need them, with nothing to prepare beforehand.
