No one left behind
Koinario's care tools help leaders walk with each person: follow up with newcomers, guide them through steps such as baptism and notice in time who is drifting away.
Walk with every visitor from their first visit, keep pastoral care discreet and see with real data how the church grows and who hasn't come for a while.

Frequently asked questions
What people usually ask us
-
Who can see pastoral care notes?
Only leaders with access to the care module; the rest of the congregation cannot see them. On top of that, whoever writes each note chooses its visibility: the care team, pastors only or just themselves. Notes are organised by category and stay in each person’s history for whoever accompanies them next.
-
How does Koinario spot people at risk?
Koinario uses the attendance the church already records to flag people who have not come for several weeks. The absent and at-risk list appears in the care area, so leaders can call or visit those people before they drift away from the church altogether and are hard to reach.
-
What is a process in Koinario?
A process is a sequence of steps your church defines, such as welcome, baptism or membership. Each person moves along it as a card with an owner and a due date, and under My cards each leader sees what is due today, overdue items first, with a button to mark each one done.
-
Which metrics are included?
It includes attendance and its trend, people joining and leaving with retention, headcounts by area and the leadership dashboard with its reports. Everything is calculated from the data the church already records in Koinario, so there is no need to keep separate spreadsheets to see how the church is growing.
