The same account on your phone and in the browser, with the same data.

Spanish, English, Catalan and Portuguese: everyone picks their own.

  • Roles and permissions

Each leader sees and manages only the modules that belong to them.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask us

What people usually ask when they compare tools for their church.

  • What features does Koinario have?

Koinario groups its features into six areas: planning and worship, teams and volunteers, community and communication, care and growth, kids and families, and giving and finances. They all share the same foundation: a mobile app and the web, four languages, roles and permissions, two-step verification and an API with webhooks.

  • Are all features included in every plan?

Yes. Every Koinario plan includes every feature, including the free plan for churches of up to 50 people. What changes from one plan to the next is how many people fit in the account, so a small church can use kids check-in, online giving or auto-scheduling from the very first day.

  • Do the features work on mobile and on the web?

Yes. Each person uses the same account in the iOS and Android app and in the browser, with the same data in both places. Rotas, announcements and prayer fit in your pocket, while the kids check-in kiosk or the reception screen open on a tablet or a monitor at the entrance.

  • How does Koinario protect the church’s data?

With roles and permissions, each leader sees and manages only the modules that belong to them, and pastoral notes are reserved for leadership. Any account can turn on two-step verification with an authenticator app, and pastors can download a full export of the church’s data whenever they want.

  • Can Koinario connect to other tools?

Yes. Koinario offers an API with keys that belong to each church and signed webhooks that notify your tools when something changes. On top of that, the public calendar embeds in the church’s website and announcements can also go out through WhatsApp Business by connecting the church’s account with Meta.
