• What is Koinario?

  Koinario is church management software. One account brings together events and the order of service, volunteer teams, the directory and small groups, pastoral care, kids check-in and online giving, and it works in a mobile app and on the web for pastors, leaders and members alike.

• How much does Koinario cost?

  Koinario is free for churches of up to 50 people, and you need no card to get started. Every plan includes every feature: what changes from one plan to the next is how many people fit in the account. Choosing yearly instead of monthly billing saves you two months.

• Can I use it on my phone?

  Yes. Koinario has an app for iOS and Android and a web version, and both share the same account and the same data. Notifications about new rotas, announcements and events reach the phone, and each member can confirm attendance or accept a serving slot with a single tap.

• Which languages is it available in?

  Koinario is available in Spanish, English, Catalan and Portuguese. Each person chooses their language in their account, and the app, the website and the emails they receive follow that choice. That way, within the same church, every member uses Koinario in the language they are most comfortable with.

• Who can see each person's details?

  It depends on the role. Roles and permissions decide which modules each leader can see and manage, and pastoral care notes are reserved for leadership. On top of that, each member decides whether they appear in the directory and whether others can see their phone or email, so they control what they share.

• Can I take my church's data with me?

  Yes. Pastors and administrators can request a full export of the church’s data whenever they like. Koinario prepares it in the background, lets you know when it is ready and delivers it as a ZIP file with CSV and JSON files, which open in a spreadsheet or load into another tool.
