What people usually ask us

  • Can I share the order of service with the team?

    Yes. Each service plan lists its items, such as the welcome, worship or the sermon, with their length and the people responsible, and it can be shared by link. During the service, whoever leads it moves forward live and the whole team follows the current item with its timer, on phone or browser.

  • Can Koinario sell tickets?

    Yes. Registrations support free or paid tickets, charged through Stripe, along with limited places, discounts, add-ons and custom questions. At the door, each ticket is checked to control access, and every member can find theirs under My registrations, in the app or on the web.

  • Can chords be transposed?

    Yes. Each song keeps its arrangements, keys and chords, and on screen you can move up or down a semitone, set a capo or show the lyrics only. The library also stores rehearsal files you can play in the built-in player and a usage report showing which songs are sung most.

  • Can I publish the calendar on our church website?

    Yes. Koinario offers a public events page and a calendar you can embed in your church’s website, so the schedule updates itself every time you create or change an event. Anyone can look up the details of each event from there, without needing an account.

  • Does Koinario stream the service?

    No, Koinario does not broadcast video. What it does is store the link to your live stream in each event, on whatever platform you already use, and show a “Live now” notice in the app while it lasts. That way the congregation finds the stream in the same place where it checks the schedule.
